QLogic holiday shutdown begins on Monday, December 22nd and continues through Friday, January 2nd.

Standard business hours will be followed excluding December 24th, 25th and January 1st, and Saturday’s and Sunday’s during this period. Customers with 24x7 service contract will not be impacted. After December 19th customers requesting RMA’s on units not under service contract may submit an RMA request, but the request will not be processed until the shutdown is completed on Monday January 5th.

For warranty/service verification, please provide your product serial number(s)when contacting support. Serial numbers are located on product bar code labels or from management tools.
