QCC Not Seeing Ethernet Adapter Agent.

QCC not seeing QLE3240 Ethernet adapter agent, possibly due to improper installation order.


Why might the OS detect the card, but the Windows QConvergeConsole GUI would not?


From the readme file:

Order of agents installation:

The agents must be installed in a specific order. iqlremote agent must be installed prior to installing other agents. Therefore, before installing iqlremote, all installed agents must be uninstalled.

If the agents were not installed in the correct order
, uninstall all the QLogic agents, and then install the NIC agent first.
