What QLogic Branded Products Are Scheduled For End Of Life (EOL)

Listed within the attached document are QLogic branded products that have announced End of Life (EOL) dates.
End of Support (EOS) is also called out for each product. EOS is the last date for service contract extension and date after which no support or RMA requests will be accepted.

Note: Information provided only for QLogic-branded products. All EOL inquires for OEM-branded products must be directed to the OEM provider.

QLogic is announcing the End-of-Life (EOL) of the SANbox 5800 and 3800 Series Switch
products. All Switch Chassis, Switch Accessories, and Service Contract models are being
discontinued.
License Keys for port expansion will continue to be available.

Service Contracts sold with new equipment during this EOL notification period will be limited to one year. The
renewal of Service Contracts is limited to one year, not to extend beyond December 31, 2017,
and will not be accepted after November 14, 2016. There will be no replacement products. Out of-
warranty Service will be available until December 31, 2017.
