It is highly recommended that all existing SB5000 Series models NDCLA upgrade to this release as it includes several key bug fixes. If using Enterprise Fabric Suite 2007, you must use EFS2007 version 6.08.02 or later in conjunction with this firmware. (Please note, previous SANsurfer Switch Manager users may have limited functionality when managing a SANbox 5000 Series switch running 6.8 firmware; therefore, it is recommended that users who are not interested in purchasing Enterprise Fabric Suite 2007 use QuickTools to manage switches running 6.8 firmware, or continue to run 5.x firmware.)
